Lumpur, Monday :- Highway users plying the North-South
Expressway can now stop and buy various foods for their breaking
of fast at selected rest and service areas (R&R) from 13
September until 6 October.
According to PLUS Expressways Berhad Corporate Communications
General Manager, Khalilah Dato’ Mohd Talha, “The Ramadhan Bazaar
is opened daily from 12:00 noon until 9:00 pm at the Sungai
Perak R&R (Northbound), Bukit Gantang Lay-by (Northbound),
Gunung Semanggol R&R (both bounds), Juru Lay-by (Northbound),
Gurun R&R (both bounds), Tapah R&R (Northbound), Pagoh R&R
(Southbound) and Gelang Patah R&R (Southbound).”
Apart from the gastronomic selection, patrons can also purchase
various hari raya items and clothing such as baju kurung, baju
melayu, shoes, accessories, shirts, jeans, and flowers at these
Ramadhan Bazaars.
