A CHANCE FOR PLUS HIGHWAY USERS TO WIN FREE TOLL FOR ONE YEAR WORTH RM2,000

Kuala Lumpur, Thursday:- Touch ‘n Go card users on the PLUS highway who reload a minimum value of RM50 into their Touch ‘n Go cards this 25 September until 15 October will stand a chance to win free toll for one year worth RM2,000.

According to PLUS Chief Operating Officer, Nik Airina Nik Jaffar, “The “Jom Balik Kampung: Get Spotted ‘n Win” contest, organized by PLUS Expressways Berhad and Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd in conjunction with the Hari Raya holidays, is aimed at promoting faster, easier and more efficient electronic toll payment system on the PLUS, ELITE, Linkedua and Butterworth-Kulim highways. It is also part of the initiative to ensure more comfortable and smoother travel this Hari Raya holidays.”

Ten lucky Touch ‘n Go card customers will win free toll for one year worth RM2,000 each. 150 consolation prize winners will win Touch ‘n Go cards worth RM100 each.

In addition, the public will also receive a safe driving booklet, “Selamat Di Jalan” as well as a special edition PLUS Hari Raya CD (while stocks last) when they reload RM50 into their Touch ‘n Go cards at the customer service centres along the PLUS highway.

Nik Airina Nik Jaffar was quoted at the “Jom Balik Kampung: Get Spotted ‘n Win” contest launch ceremony with Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd Chief Operating Officer, Hasni Zarina Mohamed Khan at the Jalan Duta Toll Plaza today.

“To participate, Touch ‘n Go customers and the public can purchase a Touch ‘n Go card or reload a minimum value of RM50 into their existing card at the customer service centres and reload lanes on the PLUS highway as well as the Touch ‘n Go Hub at Faber Towers and KL Sentral upon which they will be given a special car sticker,” said Hasni.

In order to be eligible for the contest, participants need to display their car stickers and register via SMS. Winners will be selected when they are spotted displaying the stickers on their vehicles on the PLUS highway.
