PLUS Expressways wholly owns (Projek Lebuhraya Utara-Selatan Berhad (PLUS), Expressway Lingkaran Tengah Sdn Bhd (ELITE), Linkedua (Malaysia) Berhad (Linkedua), Konsortium Lebuhraya Butterworth-Kulim (KLBK) Sdn Bhd and is a substantial shareholder in PLUS BKSP Toll Limited (PLUS BKSP) in India and PT Lintas Marga Sedaya (LMS) and PT Cimanggis-Cibitung Tollways (CCTW) in Indonesia.

PLUS Expressways was listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia on 17 July 2002 and is the largest toll expressway company in South East Asia and one of the largest in the world by market capitalisation. On 6 October 2009, PLUS Expressways acquired PLUS Helicopter Services Sdn Bhd (PHS), a dedicated aviation company that provides helicopter charter services.

PLUS Expressways operates and maintains 973-kilometre length of inter-urban toll expressways in Peninsular Malaysia, stretching from the border of Thailand in the north to the border of Singapore in the south, linking all major cities on the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia.
