SMARTTAG TECHNICAL GLITCH: PLUS ADVISES USERS TO CLAIM FOR REFUND

Electronic Toll System (SmartTAG and Touch 'n Go) users on PLUS highways that had their cards being deducted more than the applicable toll charges are advised to contact PLUS for immediate refund.

PLUS would also like to clarify that a technical glitch had occurred at one of the SmartTAG entry lanes at Jalan Duta Toll Plaza on 2 June 2016 for 3 minutes between 3:23pm to 3:26pm

The technical glitch on 2 June had resulted in the system unable to detect entry information for several vehicles entering the highway through the Jalan Duta Toll Plaza. As a result the system had penalized the affected cardholders through automatic toll deductions from their Touch 'n Go cards.

As such, we would like to advise our highway users who were affected by the technical glitch to visit the nearest Customer Service Centres along the PLUS-operated highway to lodge an official refund request. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused; rest assured this technical glitch is an anomaly not a norm.

 

GANGGUAN TEKNIKAL SMARTTAG: PLUS NASIHAT PENGGUNA LEBUH RAYA TUNTUT PEMULANGAN BAKI

Pengguna sistem kutipan tol secara elektronik (menerusi SmartTAG dan Touch 'n Go) di lebuh raya PLUS yang mendapati kadar tol yang dikenakan lebih daripada kadar tol biasa dinasihatkan agar menghubungi PLUS untuk pemulangan baki segera.

PLUS juga ingin menjelaskan bahawa gangguan teknikal telah berlaku di salah satu lorong masuk SmartTAG di Plaza Tol Jalan Duta pada 2 Jun 2016 lalu selama 3 minit di antara 3:23 petang hingga 3:26 petang.

Gangguan teknikal yang berlaku pada 2 Jun lalu telah menyebabkan sistem tidak dapat mengenalpasti maklumat plaza masuk bagi sesetengah kenderaan yang melalui Plaza Tol Jalan Duta. Ini menyebabkan kad Touch 'n Go terbabit dikenakan penalti iaitu pengurangan baki kad secara automatik.

Sehubungan itu, kami ingin menasihatkan pengguna lebuh raya yang terlibat dengan gangguan teknikal tersebut agar dapat mengunjungi mana-mana Pusat Khidmat Pelanggan PLUS yang terdekat di sepanjang lebuh raya kendalian PLUS untuk membuat tuntutan pemulangan wang secara rasmi. Kami memohon maaf atas segala kesulitan yang timbul. Kami juga ingin menjelaskan bahawa masalah terknikal sebegini bukanlah perkara yang lazim berlaku.
