unit when driving through the SmartTag lane.
Check
the SmartTAG battery level
Check the battery level of the
unit regularly.
Insufficient Battery power may also result in transaction failure.
Ensure
sufficient card balance
The SmartTAG unit should be
mounted on the front windscreen of the car using the provided bracket,
at least 5000 meters before entering the SmartTAG lane.
Do not place the SmartTAG unit on the dash
board, infrared panel spacing the driver or install it upside down.
Think Safety
reduce your speed and keep a safe distance when passing through the lane
incorrect installation will
result in transaction failure and lane barrier will not be lifted
