HARMAN FAIZ HABIB MUHAMAD
Harman Faiz Habib Muhamad was appointed to the Board of PLUS Malaysia Berhad on 1 July 2023.
He joined UEM Group Berhad in 2009 and is currently the Director of Corporate Support Services of UEM Group Berhad who oversees several key operational and administrative departments within UEM Group Berhad including Legal, Secretarial, Human Resource, Property and Administration, and Information Technology. Harman Faiz was previously Head, Group Legal at UEM Group Berhad.
Harman Faiz holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the International Islamic University Malaysia. His working experience includes being an advocate and solicitor at Messrs. Mohd Khamil and Co, and Messrs. Zaid Ibrahim and Co. He was also the Head of Legal Services at Malakoff Corporation Berhad..
Apart from PLUS Malaysia Berhad, Harman Faiz’s other directorships include the board of PLUS Expressways International Berhad, UEM Builders Berhad and Konsortium ProHAWK Sdn Bhd.
