PLUS TEMPORARILY CLOSES RELOAD FACILITIES AT ALL TOLL PLAZAS & LANES TO COMBAT COVID-19 SPREAD

PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) strategy to flatten the spread of COVID-19 coincides with the Government’s “Movement Control Order” (MCO) by closing all its reload facilities at the Toll Plaza Customer Service Centres and Reload lanes at both its Open and Close Toll highways.

This temporary reload facility closure, is a social distancing tactic to curtail the risk of infection by delaying the virus transmission between toll personnel and highway customers, began from the 18th March until 31st March 2020.

As such, PLUS advises highway customers to plan their journey ahead by reloading their Touch ‘n Go card at conveniently located reload centres nationwide.

The reload facilities includes Self-Service Kiosks (SSK) located at 67 locations along selected rest and service areas, as well at Banks Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), petrol stations and convenience stores, beyond the highway eco-system.

For information on the reload point location, highway customers may contact Touch ‘n Go Careline via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or visit www.touchngo.com.my. Subsequently Touch ‘n Go customers can contact their Careline at 03-5022 3888 daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.

PLUS would like to take this opportunity to remind highway customers to adhere to the “Movement Control Order, (MCO) as the safest way is to practise social distancing and avoid crowded areas. PLUS also seek cooperation from all highway customers to limit their travel movement and to only travel when it is absolutely necessary to lower the chances of being infected by the Coronavirus.

As a customer centric service provider, all PLUS highway Rest and Service Areas are open but limited to take away F&B services only. However, the food court dining areas are temporarily closed to public to deter the convergence of crowds.

It is highly advisable for patrons to keep 1 meter away when queuing to order their takeaway, only one passenger per vehicle should alight to purchase the F&B orders for the rest.

PLUS also advise for the personal health, safety and hygiene reasons for Muslim patrons to bring their own “sejadah” ie. prayer mats and for the ladies, their own “telekung” ie. Prayer attire to the “suraus”.
