SOP Compliance

PLUS Malaysia Berhad strictly abide by the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) set by the National Security Council (NSC) and the Ministry of Health (MOH).

Under the new normal practice by open premises, customers will be denied entry should face masks are not worn.

All our employees, our business partners and customers would require to follow below SOP when making stop at the R&Rs, lay-bys, toll plazas, visiting premises as well as when interacting with PLUS frontline and service staff:

  • Need to wear facemask
  • To always maintain personal hygiene
  • To ensure body temperature is recorded
  • To scan MySejahtera QR code
  • To keep 1-meter physical distancing

We appreciate public's cooperation to observe and comply to the SOPs as to ensure the safety of you, our customers, our frontliners and everyone who enters the highway and utilises the public facilities in line with the NSC safety SOPs to help flatten the Covid-19 curve.
