We are proud to uphold the good standards of corporate governance and have put in place the appropriate structures, policies and procedures to ensure we exercise accountability and transparency in everything we do.
Our approach to governance is cascaded from the Board of Directors through to the operational level, where we have ingrained good governance practices throughout our decision-making processes. We established a Board Governance, Risk and Compliance Committee (BGRCC) to strengthen governance oversight. A Management Governance, Risk and Compliance Committee (MGRCC), chaired by the Managing Director is tasked to oversee the implementation of good governance across PLUS. Business Functions across PLUS play their roles in upholding good governance, with the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Division being the central focal point for coordination, execution and reporting of governance matters.
