Petaling Jaya, 16 October 2025:- PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) anticipates an increase in traffic of up to 2.2 million vehicles daily on peak days on its operated highway network on 17 October, 18 October and 21 October 2025 in conjunction with the upcoming Deepavali holiday as well as additional school holidays announced by the government.
DELIVERY OF 4 ENFORCEMENT VEHICLES BY PLUS STRENGTHENS JPJ ENFORCEMENT ON HIGHWAYS
Petaling Jaya, 14 October 2025:- In an effort to enhance highway user safety, PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) has contributed enforcement vehicles to the Road Transport Department (JPJ) in a handover ceremony held at the Ministry of Transport Malaysia in Putrajaya today.
EMERGENCY SIMULATION EXERCISE ON LPT2 STRENGTHENS RESPONSE AND RESCUE TEAM COORDINATION
Kuala Terengganu, 25 September 2025:- Lebuhraya Pantai Timur 2 Sdn. Bhd. (LPT 2 Sdn. Bhd.) organized an emergency simulation exercise on the highway along the route between Kijal and Cukai, at KM297 (Southbound) of the East Coast Expressway 2 (LPT2), today.
HIGHWAY EMERGENCY SIMULATION EXERCISE: ACTIVATION OF CONTRA FLOW & ROAD DIVERSION ON THE EAST COAST EXPRESSWAY 2 (LPT2)
Kuala Terengganu, 24 September 2025:- Lebuhraya Pantai Timur 2 Sdn. Bhd. (LPT2 Sdn. Bhd.) would like to inform that a contra flow and road diversion will be activated between Kijal and Cukai, from KM300.6 to KM294.4 (Southbound) at the East Coast Expressway 2 (LPT2) on 25 September 2025 (Thursday), from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., to facilitate a highway emergency simulation exercise.
ADDITIONAL LANE PROJECT ON THE NORTH-SOUTH EXPRESSWAY SENAI UTARA TO KULAI (PHASE 1 PACKAGE B): CLOSURE OF SMART LANE FROM KM26.5 TO KM19.3 (SOUTHBOUND)
Johor Bahru, 18 September 2025:- As part of its ongoing efforts to improve the highway infrastructure and to lay the path towards the construction of the Additional Lane Project on the North-South Expressway (NSE) from Senai Utara to Kulai (Phase 1 Package B) at Johor, PLUS will be closing the Smart Lane from Kulai to Senai at KM26.5 to KM19.3 (Southbound) on the NSE starting from 22 September 2025.
