PLUS GEARS UP FOR AIDILFITRI TRAFFIC SURGE OF UP TO 2.3 MILLION VEHICLES DAILY
Petaling Jaya, 12 March 2026:- PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) anticipates a significant traffic surge across its highway network, with volumes reaching up to 2.3 million vehicles per day during the peak travel period of 18, 19, 20, 27, 28 and 29 March in conjunction with the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri. This represents an increase of approximately 21 per cent compared to the average daily traffic volume. The projected increase follows the trend recorded during the recent Chinese New Year period, where daily traffic volumes exceeded two million vehicles.

Petaling Jaya, 9 March 2026: – PLUS anticipates a surge in the number of vehicles using its highway during peak days, particularly with the outbound traffic from the Klang Valley travelling back to their hometowns for the Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2026 celebrations.

Petaling Jaya, 7 March 2026:- PLUS Malaysia Berhad wishes to inform that the installation works on the billboard grantry structure will be carried out at KM4.0 (Both Bounds) along the stretch between Shah Alam and Seafield Interchange on the North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE) from 9 March 2026 to 10 March 2026, between 11.00pm to 5.00am.

The rest area will be upgraded with a refreshed building design incorporating sustainable and green features.
