The ‘Belanja dan Menang’ campaign is a programme that encourages cashless usage at the Rest and Service Areas (R&R) along the PLUS Highways. PLUS GEARS UP FOR AIDILFITRI TRAFFIC SURGE OF UP TO 2.3 MILLION VEHICLES DAILY
Petaling Jaya, 12 March 2026:- PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) anticipates a significant traffic surge across its highway network, with volumes reaching up to 2.3 million vehicles per day during the peak travel period of 18, 19, 20, 27, 28 and 29 March in conjunction with the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri. This represents an increase of approximately 21 per cent compared to the average daily traffic volume. The projected increase follows the trend recorded during the recent Chinese New Year period, where daily traffic volumes exceeded two million vehicles.
